What do you miss doing? Or what will you do when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted?

I miss eating at a restaurant and going to the bookstore without restriction. What do you miss?

I miss live music and festivals a lot, as well as being able to travel. I typically go away every winter to either a resort for a week or a few weeks of backpacking so this will be a brutal winter for me this year. I also miss going to crowded bars and clubs.

Honestly not much, since where I live we've got COVID well under control and I'm not much of an outgoing person anyway. There are places downtown I still avoid, but only as a precaution. But other than that, it's life as normal, just with a mask.

Only thing that's changed for me (since our restrictions are pretty much gone) is signing into almost every store. It's so goddam annoying.

We were lockdown free up until a week ago when things took a turn for the worse again, so I couldn't possibly miss anything minor like eating at a restaurant so soon. I do miss being able to travel though.

In the absence of a vaccine and society achieving at least near herd immunity, not a lot will change. You’ll need to social distance, wear a face mask and religiously wash your hands.

Once a society achieves here immunity, many countries will face the economic fallout.

Then we have the next pandemic to look forward to.

Football gatherings with my fantasy league and comic conventions. Hard to get sketch covers and original art when you can't go meet the talent.

Other than that I am loving life. More time for gaming, BBQing, home drinking and naps.

Not being able to visit my sister or have her come here especially for Christmas. Also watching AEW with limited crowd size wrassling really benefits from full arenas of fans it gives off a energy to the show.

Eating at restaurants is a big one. We used to do that a lot. The other one is training BJJ in person. Technically neither of these are things that are completely restricted where I live but I'm not doing either of them because neither is a particularly great idea.

Nothing really. Not a people person. If anything it's better now because I don't have to bother getting into conversations with them.

Not much. I was already living somewhat like a recluse for awhile now.

For the most part, here, life is back to normal but if the cases continue rising in such numbers as we have seen, we'll start to see another "shutdown" happening soon. Will it change my life? Nah.

I miss going to Movie Theaters every Friday and go watch those AAA movies. My last stop at the theaters was going to see Tenet and now, there's nothing to see...for now. That's the only thing I miss and for the most parts, I been happy as I stay at home and play my games on PC. I'm not much of a people person, so I been happy to stay home until it's time go to work.

I'm just glad malls are open where I am now I know it sounds dumb but I just find walking through them peaceful.

Same here. I know how to take care of myself when it comes to covid-19 and while the Malls are open in my area, some of it's stores are mostly closing due to poor making money and not enough people to shop either as everyone's tight on money.

Where I live our cases are rising yet again, more cities are enforcing strict lockdown measures yet the schools are still open for some illogical reason. I don't think anything will be going back to normal before next summer if then.

@davillain-: yeah missing the movies really sucks. I hope theatres can survive C-19, things were pushing towards digital anyways and the virus seems to have expedited this.

I work during any type of lockdown so my life is pretty much the same as usual. I do like going to Tim Horton's for a coffee on my day off work to break the boredom of life living by myself. Don't have friends, gf, or much family that bothers me with me. It's ok, it's just a part of life.
