Generally I eat a somewhat healthy cereal with fortified soy milk, waffles or French toast with sliced fruit, or an omelet (sometimes scrambled eggs) with toast and veggie sausage or bacon.
Though the other day I was too lazy to even prepare cereal that I threw a pizza pocket in the microwave. :P
I eat healthy also, but no sausage or bacon.
