I add some creamer to my coffee along with a little sugar. As for tea, I generally don’t add anything but occasionally I’ll add honey. How about you, OT?

A lot of milk and a little bit of sugar. Medium roast is my favourite kind and Marley is my favourite brand.
Coffee: about a quarter milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar. I don't drink coffee much, however.
Tea: nothing.
Tea: I mostly drink it plain. I do like sugar & milk in stuff like chai tea and orange & spice tea, though. Sometimes I’ll add sugar, honey, or milk in other certain teas, depending on the quality of the tea.
Coffee: Not a big fan. I do kinda like the smell, though.
A pinch of sucralose to coffee, no creamer.
Two packs of sucralose to hot tea.
Cold sweet tea has lots of sugar. I buy it ready made.
Splash of monk fruit, prob half a cup of almond milk -- or a dash of heavy whipping cream, from time to time.
I use instant coffee. So two scoops of protein powder, two table spoons of peanut butter fit, fat free milk, and of course 3 tablespoons of instant coffee.
Italian Sweet cream flavored cream is my go to. Nothing else is really necessary as it, as the name suggests, sweetens the coffee more than enough to not need sugar or the fake sugar.
