My favorite magazines are Reader's Digest and Architectural Digest. These 2 magazines are always interesting. Out of all the magazines I've read, these 2 are the ones that stand out most to me.

Game Informer, House Beautiful, and Forbes are also good. The Atlantic has interesting articles, too.

Do you read any magazines?

National Geographic - I like the pictures and learning things.

The Economist - Very opinionated news magazine. Not very politically active myself, but I do have my personal views, approximately 75% of which is reflected in this magazine.

Magazines in 2018? Ha.

I've bought two magazines in my entire life. One was an edition of the US Official Playstation magazine where they slavishly fawned over and overhyped Final Fantasy XIII, Lair, and other upcoming PS3 games (this was back in 07) The other one was some UK Playstation magazine that had advertisements for prostitutes in the back pages. Complete with pictures of said prostitutes wearing pasties.

Anyway, I can get slavish fawning and pictures of UK girls wearing pasties online for free, so whatever.

The only magazine I even bother with is Game Informer and only because of the gamestop deal. Used to like Wizard and MAD back in the day.

I miss Wizard.

You won't see a lot of Trek stuff like this in magazines:

I used to read EGM and Gamepro magazines from time to time. Also MAD magazine back when it was a funnier, not the repetitive shit that is in it today.

Long-dead now, Pczone. Can read PDF versions online.

Charlie Brooker (Black Mirror) use to write for it. Like GamesMaster is was a very 90's British take on gaming you just don't get anymore.

Back in the day I was all about Discovery Magazine, Scientific American, Popular Mechanics, EGM (replaced in the 90's by PC Gamer in my subscriptions) and MAD. These days, what's a magazine?

The Playstation Magazine. Humorus staff that you can relate to and great writing in my opinion. Sure some are SJW's that talk shit but they have reliable reviews and educate me about the game industry, games on PS4 and off PS4.
