There were some freaky episodes.

I remember my favourite episode was when an alien came looking for the purest form of kindness and it was the old woman. The alien kept finishing every sentence with "...yes?" It was awesome.

I was also afraid that something would grab me from under my bed, so to get in bed, I had to do a good run and jump.

I thought Dr. Zalost's Tower was the best episode. Basically, the episode was about a Tower that shot canon balls at the residents of Nowhere that made them depressed. The Tower is the work of Dr. Zalost, a depressed scientist that wants everyone to be as miserable as him. the music in this episode was really fit the mood. Here it is Wish i could find the whole episode.

One time when I was probably five or six I asked my sister to lay in my bed with me because I was sooooooo scared of the dark. I fell asleep waiting for her and woke up in the middle of the night to the lights off (they were never ever off) and SOMETHING laying next to me in bed. It was obviously my sister, but I couldn't tell and she had this furry robe on and I freaked out SO BAD you guys. I just started yelling as loud as I could and woke up the whole house. And then I slept with a night light until I was seriously ten or something.

For some reason as a kid I could handle a horror film or a very violent film but for some reason when I'd watch Ghostbusters I would freak out, I used to hate the marshmallow man *shudders* maybe it was something to do with that massive smile. And also there used to be an advert (very old) advertising meatballs, so in said advert a child eats one then turns into one, after watching that for some reason I thought it happen to me to and I never ate one for a very long time, stupid I know but I was just a kid.

There was never a time when I couldn't watch whatever I want on tv, and considering I have older brothers I was watching R-rated horror movies pretty much when I was in Diapers. I found them at an acceptable level of fear that I could be entertained (when I was 6 for sure and probably when I was younger but I can't remember). Puppet Masters, Child's Play, Friday the Thirteenth, Nightmare on Elm Street, all of 'em. I was never scared of animals, snakes, spiders. Bees I stopped being mildly scared of when I realized that it takes quite a bit for them to sting you (unless you're my brother), and would just think people were wierd when in the first grade they would be terrified of a bee when it flew in the window (let alone adults' irrational fears).

So I was pretty fearless in general, with one exception: I was scared of the dark. When I had to walk the dog at night (sundown is early in the wintertime) in the park I would always be on edge. Actually even in high school that park left me a little tense at the densely wooded area when it was very dark(the single light was burnt out more often than not for some reason).

Red foods (i thought they were all spicy, yes including cherries) Gas masks that look like the ones from that movie My Bloody Valentine still terrify me Suspenseful stuff (I never stop thinking... ever. So imagine being in suspense and being able to think of hundreds of horrible things that could happen) Driving down steep hills (I had a recurring nightmare for a whole year about my car driving itself and me down a hill and missing a turn) Mars Attacks (I r embarrassed about that one)

Godzilla used to scare me when I was a kid all because of that sound he makes when he's either hurt or close to dying.

As a child, i had the fear that i would suddenly become magnetic, and that all knives and sharp, pointed metallic instruments would fly across the room and stab me. As a result, I would always either put knives away, or move them so that the pointed edge faced away from me. Hell, i still do that today, although i'm fairly confident that knives won't suddenly fly towards me.

Only weird thing I've ever been afraid of in my life was dogs. I got over it, though. I'm still somewhat tentative about cars, but that's a smart thing to be afraid of.
