There has to be a way to resolve the issue w/o harming and possibily killing via starvation (sanctions have a tendency to do that) even more people that mightn't be responsible for this.

There has to be a way to resolve the issue w/o harming and possibily killing via starvation (sanctions have a tendency to do that) even more people that mightn't be responsible for this.
