That teen is seriously screwed in the head. And what's up with not charging his friend recording it? He knew it was going to happen, far as I'm concerned that makes him just as bad.
What a sick b*****d. I remeber back in the early 90's there was these two teenagers who horiffically tortured a baby here in the UK before killing it, even thinking of it makes me feel sick. Those two f****s didn't go to jail, oh no, they got given new identities and lives in another country because they where just going to get murdered in jail anyway, they should have died anyway. It's things like this that makes me a proud supporter of Capital Punishment.
