I like to sketch when I'm bored in my classes. some of the ones I've done are pretty good, but I know that I can definatly improve.

I was wondering if any fellow "artists" have any good tutorials, or tips on how to improve my sketches.

Practice, take a class or a course in drawing, arrange a block of time where you can work at it, and don't listen to critics who minimize what you are interested in doing.

If this "draw with circles and triangle" art stuff isn't for you, then don't try it. People always told me that, but it just competely messed me up when I tried. Basically the only real way to improve your drawing is to keep doing it, and it will train your brain to draw better and have better perception. Draw every day, and in a year you will see a massive improvement.

If there is an area of drawing that you particularly struggle at, such as people's eyes for example, practice doing them over and over again through looking at other people's work. You will adapt in that area, and will then be able to introduce it into your work.

I'm scanning in the pictures now. They are all pencil sketches, so they are gonna come out pretty bad looking most likely. I did pen in a few sketches.

I didn't know that I drew so dang much, I've got 2 half full sketch books. I also didn't know that I was that bad, I'm looking back and thinking to myself "What the HELL was I thinking?"

Alright, I got them up.
Here are some:

This one was actually one of the better ones I've done in my opinion.

Here is one that I did a while ago. I really need to learn proportions and how cloth folds and wrinkles.

I know, any monkey could draw something, then just pencil it in. This one is special though, I found some colored pens :o

Pretty bad hunh?

It's a girl.... IIRC.... that's like 2 years old. Actually, yeah, it was some girl I saw walking in the hall of my school that I though was kinda hot. Didn't do her justice though... :(  She did NOT have the shoulders of a linebacker.
I've been drawing off and on for the past 2 years, I'm back from a long, long, long break.

This is a picture of a monk I ran in a Dungeons and Dragons game who 1 hitted a dragon :P

Random generic mage type person

A demon slayer along the lines of Dante/that guy from trigun(never seen an episode).

work on your proportion. even if it's in anime style, there's still body proportions.

don't let someone else's crap diminish yours - most of them are attention whores that make lame chibis or fanart and all the little fanboys/girls fav and comment on it - I would say don't worry or give a damn about them and do it anyway
