anyway Id just try and ignore it as he is likely just trying to take the mick.

I take walks every night and one night this guy whistled at me anyway so Ijust pretend to not hearhim but that week he did it again but this time I was with my mom. I can't see him because he is in the dark and I know he doesn't live in the neighborhood I think he just visits a friend. Last night he did it again and then I heard him mention something to his friends but I still can't see him but he can see me. What should I do, tell him off or what because he is making me worry. dookiecookie

If it's dark I'd carry something with to protect myself with, but honestly I would try very hard to avoid walking this way so you don't have to pass him any more. If all he does is whistle to get your attention, he will hopefully just leave you alone if you ignore him. If he ever confronts you, use what you have with to protect yourself. You never know, some people are very weird :(
