Its not even that. Its recognizing 1 dollar =/= 1 cent therefore .002 dollars =/= .002 cents. The unit of measurement makes the difference here. I can see why it can be confusing to some but its like comparing .002 gal to .002 quarts, obviously not equal.

0.002¢ he used 35,893 kb so that comes out to 71.786¢ = $ .71786 round that up to $.72 which means he owes them 72¢ not dollars man i can feel that guys pain i would be so angry.
