We all know both stories behind the symbolism of it, but my question is, is it still too offensive if used correctly? When I mean correctly, I'm talking about the use of one in a WWII documentary or a WWII game, etc. Reason being, I still hear people complain about it from time to time with being on TV or in a game. Personally, I don't take offense to it, with the exception of Neos and people who wear them to be offense or as a joke. If I'm watching a documentary about the Holocaust or WWII, I want to see what things actually looked like. If I'm gonna play a WWII game, I want it to be historically correct. Your thoughts?

By right way I thought you meant in the original hindu context.

If it is being used as historical context, I don't think there is anything wrong with it.

I see nothing wrong with using it in games or historical films and what not.

I dont believe it is allowed in WW2 games in Germany, game devs tend to release a different version without it over there.

The swastika is a perfectly fine symbol in the annals of history. Its a shame that it has become synonymous with nazi propaganda, just like Nietzsche. They ruined quite a few perfectly good things.

Didn't they have to create a new symbol of peace after WWII?

There's really nothing wrong with using it the right way, it's just that many people don't know that there IS such a way. Many think that Hitler was the one who created it.

I've used a different Swastika in art I've done, but I made sure that people knew that it wasn't a shout of white supremacy. If I were you, I'd be careful and use it only with people who know its meaning.
