@davillain-: Slow weekend?!

No mention of how an indie film (How to be a Latin Lover) managed to kick the crap out of a major release starring Emma Watson & Tom Hanks opening weekend...or the fact that it did it despite playing only in a little over 1000 theaters compared to The Circle, which opened in 3000? Or even the fact that GotG Vol.2 has already grossed $100 mil overseas before its US opening?!

My guy, you're slacking! Am I gonna have to start making these threads proper for OT again?

Mmmmmmaybe....but, you have to realize a few things:

1. My schoolwork, health, and well being comes first - I've been through a lot off-site this past year, and I also have finals coming up next week.

2. I am incredibly lazy - The sooner everyone realizes that, the better off we'll all be as a community. (At least I'm honest!)

If the Bollywood movie was playing in my local theater, i would have gone to see it. The first one rocked.

I figured nothing to see, so i am awaiting the Galaxy 2 like you. Can't wait !

Like Hallenbeck77 said, Summer hasn't started just yet and since Guardians of the Galaxy starts this weekend in the U.S, things will start to kick things off.

Are there any scifi blockbusters coming? Anything like Pacific Rim or Avatar, you know, fun shit?

I know Alien is coming, but that's more horror. I'm talking like fun, awesome stuff...typical Hollywood fare.

I saw "The Lost City of Z" yesterday......that was actually a good movie that's out now.

But yeah, waiting for Guardians 2 and the new Alien movie.

What movie is this?

Anyway, modern movies are boring. Ace Ventura (1993) was shown on TV this past weekend and it's way better than the movies mentioned in this thread.
