Star Wars Saga Vs Rocky Saga

So, what's the question?

Star wars. Because I say so.

Star Wars. It's not even remotely close. The first two Rocky movies were good. I haven't seen the newest yet but hear good things. Star Wars is on a much higher level though.

lol these two aren't even in the same ballpark, let alone universe.

Rocky > Star Wars

• Rocky I & II > All SW movies
• Original SW trilogy > Rocky III & IV > SW prequels
• All SW movies > Rocky V
• Rocky Balboa & Creed > SW prequels & The Force Awakens

Cheesy as the dialogue may be, I find Star Wars to be far more appealing. Boxing movies don't hold much appeal to me....except maybe that stretch in Pulp Fiction.

Star Wars, though here in the Philadelphia area I'm sure Rocky would win.

Star Wars. More so on the fact I've just never been a fan of Sly Stallone, than either series been better than the other.

I'd go with Rocky as well. More coherent character arc, tighter, better acting, montage, Russia, Mr T, Eye Of The Tiger e.c.t...

Uh Rocky.. Much of Star Wars quality imo is the extended universe..

Easy one, Rocky. 1 and 2 were some of the best movies ever made and Creed is a near masterpiece in its own right.

Star Wars is flashy and fun but I was always more entertained by Rocky

It's a silly question. I love both.

Star Wars - mass market appeal, sci-fi, digital effects, excellent characters, fascinating universe, cool toys

Rocky - smaller market appeal, excellent characters, relatable, inspiring, excellent soundtrack, I can lift a lot weight while listening to the soundtrack

In terms of quality...

Star Wars - 4, 5, 7 - excellent, 3, 6 - good, 1-2, meh.

Rocky - 1,2,6,7 (Creed) - excellent, 3,4 - good, 5 - meh.

Rocky series have the better films. Star Wars is so overrated.

Rocky films are pretty badass. The more I watch them, the more I like them. Even when they're bad, they're incredibly entertaining. The same can't be said for the prequels really.

Gotta say Rocky, Rocky 1-4 are awesome.

Star Wars since A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back exist.
