Hey guys. I've recently been going paintballing a fair bit and have got a job as a marshall, which also involves me playing for a team. now, i'm not unfit or anything but i really don't have any stamina. I can run, i can shoot, but i can't do it for long before i'm breathing heavily and sweating and stuff, now i know that sounds like i'm really fat and unfit, and praps is a lil to do with that. But, other than like going for walks/runs, how else can you improve your stamina?

runs....basically cardio....so swimming also helps

Swim laps/lengths. Best way to increase stamina.

Swimming is really good for building up stamina. It gives you a full body workout.

Any kind of cardio is good. Running, swimming, biking, do them often enough and your stamina will go up.

Biking is good...through some good wet mud, sand, that gets tough real quick.

Swimming is the best followed by Running.
