So what are you all doing at home specifically during social distancing?

-pushups and body weight exercises (I really miss the gym)

-replaying DOOM 2016 before Eternal and a lot of Modern Warfare and Black Ops IV online

-cooking

-conserving toilet paper (4 square dumps are now 3 square dumps)

-speed watching Black Sails and Jamestown on Prime Video before they leave at the end of March

-preparing for an inevitable mandatory lockdown/curfew (I live in a major metropolitan area and NYC and LA have already closed all bar/theaters/restaurants, New Jersey just imposed a curfew, and it's only a matter of time until the government does the same in my area)

Play video games, watch MMA and bare knuckle fighting, read, smoke some reefer. Maybe I'll start doing push-ups like the rest of you.

Me:

  • Play lots of video games on my gaming PC
  • Watch Anime episodes
  • Spending time with Fiance & Daughter
  • Cooking which I love to do
  • Watching Hentai in private
  • Watching anything on Netflix, Disney+ Amazon Prime

Overall, I just play video games the most of my times at home and only leave the house when its time to work.

If it becomes a mandatory stay inside thing I have a new receiver and turn table to put together so I can finally listen to a number of vinyl soundtracks. House repairs could be done too.

It's now official that my family and I will be relocating to Arizona, so it's prime time to fix up the house to sell.

Nothing different than I really do. I’m a recluse anyway and am unemployed, so this is par for the course.

Been playing Ori mostly.

I’m unemployed at the moment so things aren’t very different for me on a day-to-day basis. I love to cook so there’s that. Making more nutritious meals. Also just waiting for my copy of Animal Crossing: New Horizons to arrive.

Just getting outside to go for a walk for fresh air and see how insane the grocery store parking lots are each day, playing a lot of games and some reading. Missing the gym a lot already.

Watching show, playing video games, staying inside....like I Do anyway.

Supposed to be getting a Valve Index today but I don't think that is happening; been tracking the shipment and it's been stuck in some 400-person town in Wyoming for three days.

Dude I know, right?

It's freaky. Playing Division 2 right now, it's the same thing except in Washington DC not New York (well, now it's also in NY with the recent DLC...)

Of course, that's a virus to actually be scared of in that game, manufactured to kill people.

I've got plenty of video games to play, books to read and movies to watch plus there is anime to watch as well so think I am set on that.
Kind of sucks going to be out of work for a while.

Nothing's really changed much for me since I don't do much socializing anyway. I'm still working (though my place of work might close soon due to the virus) but I'll avoid going into crowded places unless it's absolutely necessary. I can still go out for walks and I have a home gym so my fitness wont suffer. I'll keep myself entertained with music/movies/games/internet as per the usual.

My country only has 20 confirmed cases at the time of this post, but I expect this number to explode in the coming weeks.

I don't socialize outside work anyway. We've been asked if we would be able to work from home, as a precaution.

Speaking of disasters, my city was hit by a 5.7 earthquake early this morning, while I was still sleeping, the first earthquake I've ever experienced. It was scary. I live in a third floor apartment and was afraid the building would collapse. Work is cancelled. Power was just restored after five hours. I hope this was the bad earthquake we've been long overdue for. Really don't need this during a pandemic.

I'm still working normal schedule. Might have to start taking 1 day off every week. If we were to shut down, I'd probably just play my X1 most of the day with all my non working friends. I got vodka, beer, food and TP at home so no worries here.

Haven't played video games that much the past several months, so I'm kinda taking this opportunity to enjoy myself because it's now encouraged to stay inside. The rest of my final semester of university is online, so I now have little reason to leave my apartment. Aside from video games I'm keeping an eye on the stock market and trying to take advantage of the volatility. So yeah, I think I'm going to be just fine with this.

This is going to sound really bad, but nothing at all has changed for me really. I don't get that close to people anyway.

The news has been keeping me busy so much that I actually have less time now to do my things. But I'm going to change that from today onward. I have been keeping an eye on the virus since February and I feel like it's time for everyone else around me to start paying attention instead of me. I've seen enough information to know what the next month or two will look like. So I'm going to try and do other things now, while everyone around me goes through the standard human responses. I'm going to try to ignore the people's responses to the virus for now and just enjoy what I can.

I'm designing some cards to play a board game in a new way. And I might do some redecorating of my room.

I still have to go to work but I only work half days so I get to leave between 12-2 which is nice.

My job has a gym that is closed currently but I still get to use it which is great because I can't go weeks without lifting.

Other than that I just spend time with my wife, watch tv/movies, and take it easy a bit while I can. I usually have a very active social life but all of my friends are quarantining so I do miss that.

I also plan on playing resident evil 4 this weekend, all the constant virus talk kind of puts me in the mood for a resident evil marathon and I just bought the wii version, which I heard was great, but never actually played.

I intend to work through my massive pile of shame. I have so many games on Steam that I've download but haven't even made it to the title screen, yet. However, I've instead been bouncing between news sites, youtube and various forums.

Oh, yeah, I've got a few series I need to catch up on. Season 2 of Altered Carbon dropped and I've not even started it yet. Waiting anxiously for more Trailer Park Boys, though.

I'm getting into RE again, playing RE2R, trying out RE3R demo, then RER beta, then hopefully get the game if possible in this insane world. I don't follow any of the rules because its all BS to collapse society, change the world as we know it. There is more chance i fall out my window than a flu killing me. And social distancing? It was always a good idea to distance from most people LOL but no im not brainwashed to distance from humans i dont mind being close to.

I actually decided to play through Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil 2 Remake to get ready for RE3 Remake. I never played the original RE1 nor Remake before but since I played RE0 years ago I decided to jump on board. Also Shenmue 3 since all of the DLC from the season pass has been released and game been patched. Spiderman as well though even playing on the easiest difficult is kinda challenging. Near to beating that game. I have tons of games on my PS3 as well so lots of games to play during this downtime. Also been watching the news about any updates on the virus as far as a cure goes for it. My nieces and nephews are staying at my parents house till next week when school reopens. It's been entertaining as I have been playing with my 5 year old and bonded with her over Sonic Generations and Mario Kart 9. I never had a chance to spend time with them since they prefer their other grandparents. But now they taken a liking to us so it's nice for a change.

Other than videogames, I been cleaning everyday as far as rooms go and bathroom for germs and signs of viruses to be safe. Washing hands after going outside to feed the chickens and before eating.

I'm working from home. Aside from that, mostly Netflix and YouTube. Haven't done much gaming lately so I should probably change that. I'm going to try out the Resi 3 Remake demo and probably buy Resi 2 Remake.

@GalvatronType_R Black Sails is fantastic and very underrated. 1st season is a bit slow but after that the show really picks up and is some of the best television I've seen.

I spend my time working on assignments/projects for the two courses I'm enrolled in this semester. Aside from that, I still find time to exercise in my apartment. I keep in contact with my family and my girlfriend. They all live in towns hours away from where I currently live, so I guess you could say that it helps with the whole social-distancing thing.

Yeah, I have had depression since the mid 90's the thing I hate most about this isolation is the malls are closed I don't care about shopping but I find them peaceful to walk in as long as it's not to busy which they never really are anymore. Also I miss going out to eat. I just wish I could feel my Lexapro like I use to but I built a tolerance so I guess I'm going to have to stop taking them for months to get that euphoric feeling back. I wish my state would just legalize Marijuana already but they are to stupid and corrupted to do it. All I want is some mental relief sleep and games will have to do for now but it sure as shit is not enough for me to get out of this miserable feeling.

I just shopped online for groceries for the first time ever and getting it shipped directly to my house.

Also a puzzle. It's slow going, but it keeps me busy.
