[QUOTE="TongHua"][QUOTE="RTFlakfizer"] [QUOTE="blackacidevil96"]who cares. why not just see it as a commercial. only people who feel the need to point out someones race in everything. is problably racist themself even if they dont realize itRTFlakfizer
Being oversensitive does not make one racist.
It sorta does, I don't look at hispanics eating tacos and think "Holy crap those racists!" I think hispanics are eating tacos.
Not really. Being racist means that you're either scared of the race you have a problem with, or just hate them. I'm not afraid of Latinos, nor do I hate them. What I take offense to is the fact that I've seen two of these spicey chicken wrap commercials filled with Latinos, like you have to be Latino to enjoy this particular food item. It just doesn't send across a good message. Why can't McDonalds show a different race enjoying the same food as well?
whats the difference? no matter what race you have in the commerials someone is gonna be mad. raceism is not about hate or fear. to me racism is anything involving singling out of a particular human. you dont have to be mean to be a racist. we are all human. and lets face it. someone had to eat that mcdonalds
