Seth Rogen will never work with James Franco again!

Since Gamespot's article close it's comment section (don't ask me why) I'll just post IGN article instead: Seth Rogen Says He'll No Longer Work With James Franco After Allegations and this blows because their chemistry is great when pair together. Rogan is capable of doing other good things on his own but Franco has proven time and time again that he cannot. Totally a big blow for Franco. Not sure how he recovers from this. Even if the public will ever be willing to accept him back, without his cohorts on a project the project is likely to be a doomed mess anyways.

Yeah, this sucks. It's the right call on Rogan's part, but it still sucks. They worked great together, and have been friends for a long time. This must be a hard decision. I respect that.

Rogan doesn't say they will never work together again, just that there are no plans. I think that's fair though. If Franco can reconcile past mistakes, he should get a chance to have his career back. But he has to make amends first.

I never saw the reason behind the split, can anyone fill me in? Their previous work together was always great.

Franco is facing allegations of sexual misconduct so naturally Rogen can no longer associate with him until cleared of charges.

That's too bad. They were a good duo. I Liked them in The Interview, of all movies.

I understand why Rogen is doing this, though, and even support it.

Which will never happen, because even if nothing comes of it, or it goes to court and he is found not guilty, all you need these days is an accusation.

Not saying he didn't do it, and I am not victim blaming here...I'm just saying the system is a bit wonky and the court of public opinion is a bit too powerful.

Still can't believe he's producing the Darkwing Duck reboot for Disney. That's just...wow.

Seth Rogan sucks and hasn't been relevant in at least 6 years. That's what happens when your audience grows up and you can't do anything other then dumb stoner jokes. Honestly in all his movies he was carried by more talented and funny actors.

So when you know you're irrelevant In Hollywood what do you do? Virtue signal!

@mrbojangles25: In Franco's case, as many as 5 women have come forth and accused him so there's too much smoke for there to not be a fire.

But yeah, I get what you're saying. Even a mere suspicion is enough to put an actor's career in hiatus or even outright ruin it.

Seth Rogen isn't entertaining anyway.

I thought 127 Hours was really good and that was Seth Rogan free. Franco did ok in the Spider-Man movies too.

Only ever saw Pineapple Express. Liked their chemistry, but doesn’t bother me that much.
