Schools as centers of indoctrination? I don't wholly disagree with that assertion. Some excerpts from some US textbooks I've read have been completely deficient in the facts. Whether it be purposeful or not, future generations of children are not being challenged to learn the truth, but just accept what is placed in front of them wholesale. History is becoming a huge problem. Like, most people these days believe the US was founded on "Christian values".Zeviander
Yeah the whole Texas text book fiasco was scary.. And the fact the board of education that voted in favor of doing what you specifically said, had not a single historian amongst them....
