with 10x50 and 30x50 binoculars, can i see saturn in decent detail (ie a round shape with faint rings?)

Not rings, but you'll be able to see it *decently* considering you are using only binaculars.

Saturn's rings are cool. They are also one of the many proofs of a young earth due to their instability.
