From my experience the One X seems to have a nicer looking screen. The colors seem a little better than the SIII. However the pro's for the One X stop there. The SIII is superior in almost every other way. It's lighter, faster, and more responsive. If there was to be a ring leader in the phone market at the moment, it's without a doubt the SIII.
