Godbama indeed. I thought all the wacky conspiracy theories came from Glenn Beck, but I suppose I was wrong.

HAARP couldn't control Isaac. That storm was one of the most craziest storms I have watched besides the storm that dissipated a couple of hours after hitting Texas last year. That storm went from a tropical storm to dissipated in literally three hours.
I don't know I think he can trust Rush on this. He knows about about being a giant wind bag.:P
Seriously, while Rush is an idiot; he isn't saying that Obama controled the Hurrican. He was saying that Obama changed the Hurricane track to show it would impact Tampa.
Rush Limbaugh is about as smart as he is textbook liberal. In other words he is a dumb-dumb.
If only we had control of the Russian weather-control satellites.
We need to start banning real life trolls from life...SaintLeonidasYeah, the 1st Amendment is overrated anyways.
Someone on twitter said that (forget who). Anyways I agree, why wouldn't you vote for the person who can control weather?Idk about you guys, but Im voting for the guy who can control the weather.
Shmiity
I don't recall anyone using computer forecast models for forecasting hurricanes. They suck for tropical systems. They're best for systems driven by the jet stream farther north. Hurricane forecasting still require very up to the minute readings of wind, pressure, sea temperatures, etc such as those taken by Hurricane Hunter aircraft.
So Rush is saying Obama is quite literally capable of altering reality. Well sh*t that's probably the best endorsement I've heard in my entire life. Clearly without his reality warping abilities the entire world would be a sh*t hole right now. Prove me wrong conservatives!Ace6301
Saying that Obama has reality-warping powers makes it easier to criticize him for the (apparently) sorry state of American society today.
Damn. I'm definitely voting for the guy who can control the weather. JML897
Same. I'd really hate to piss that guy off.

Maybe the Bush years f*cked up everything that badly. It's not like the other guy is promising economic recovery that's actually any better than Obama's current economic recovery rate either.[QUOTE="Barbariser"][QUOTE="Ace6301"]So Rush is saying Obama is quite literally capable of altering reality. I can't believe the number of people who fall for the "balance the budget" rhetoric even when the guys proposing it haven't successfully gotten a public surplus in 55 years while 5 Democrat presidencies have successfully done so in that same time period. In any case, Obama didn't do any favours for himself back in 2009 when he severely underestimated the depth of the crisis and overestimated the effectiveness of his stimulus.

The main thing is that we're past the point where the Government can really have a decent impact. The government works well in preventing this sort of thing as it can impose regulation. It can also renew faith in the market after such a crash by removing those guilty. The US government did neither and while the stimulus worked it didn't work as well as it was intended for various reasons. The private sector and the public aren't exactly doing their part in the recovery either. People are either saving their money or in too much debt to buy stuff and while businesses are making record profits there's mass unemployment. It's basically just a giant clusterf*ck of things that have been in the making for some time. Romney isn't going to change that. Please Log In to post.
