Locked me out of my college email account for not paying fees (which I did) which meant i missed an email of the only lecture I had today saying that it was cancelled, wasting about 3-4 hours of my time (and the additional 3-4 hours and my day off tomorrow to go in and fix it)

They lock you out of your email. That's strange. Really sucks too. :/
