I might be ordering this kit Alesis DM5 Pro Kit. I need to know if it comes with a bass kick pedal. I also want to know how much is a cheap pedal?

I've got that kit, and it came with a pedal. It's an ok kit for beginner - intermeidate drummers. If you want to go pro or into advanced heavier stuff you may want a more substantial kit... maybe something from Roland or one of the Yamaha Explorer kits. It looks like that particular deal doesn't have a pedal... hmm

This is what I can offord at the moment, and I cant really save up anymore. It sais nothing about a pedal, but it IS a drum kit sooo.. Did you buy it from a local store, or online? All the ones online seem to have the same picture.

I got mine from my local drum store. You could always buy that kit and get a cheap pedal for like....... well i got one for £25 when mine broke so im guessing about $45 - $50.

I would however save a little more and buy a sturdy pedal. In general the more you spend the longer it'll last and the harder you can use it. If your into metal of hard rock you may also find it worth while investing in a double pedal at some point.
