I'm a Artist, working on getting an Apprenticeship at a Tattoo shop. I made this topic for everyone to show their Art work, any Art form is welcome. Surely OT has some Talent to show off!

The only art I've ever produced was music, and either it was never recorded, or I don't have the few recordings that were ever made. I was a fairly decent tenor saxophonist and greatly enjoyed playing jazz and improvising.

I do like the coy, it has a lovely contrast between the warm and cool colors. I think your lighthouse from your early stuff is quite nice too.

Those are some pretty good drawings Cody, especially the backgrounds such as the houses. As for me I also draw as well but the problem with me is that I lack creativity and would resort to always using references so you can say that I can't really draw that good unless I have something in front of me. I'm working on fixing that though and currently trying to figure out how to draw properly on the computer since I own a Wacom tablet so I don't want that going to waste.

And @CountBleck12 I have the same problem, I can create my own stuff, but it always turns out better if i have a reffrence. I've been trying to fix that too, like I would find a skull to go off of then the roses i'd free hand and make up, which has helped me free hand allot better.But I liked your drawings! I never got into anima, but I do like the art style.

Well I'm glad I'm not alone on this and thanks for the feedback! I like drawing anime characters for the most part but I want to get better at drawing backgrounds and among other things.

I'm kind of an artist. I just draw cartoons and other stuff from time to time. I'll share later. I also enjoy drawing iconic characters.

@CountBleck12: Try finding drawings or pictures of things other than anime and practice drawing them, you'l learn new things that you can use to improve your anime drawings! even just buildings/trees/ect". I really love drawing people like singers or people that inspire me. But by drawing other things like the Koi, skulls/roses/ect" its helped me with my faces and just about everything in the long run. just learning new textures.

I'll definitely do that next time I want to draw something new, thanks and that's great you get your inspiration from people you like.

Thanks, and yeah learning how to draw well on the computer seems to be better since you can edit your drawings and add effects in Photoshop. I have a plain ol' Wacom Bamboo tablet but that's sufficient for me.
