Pokemon owned Digimon on its very first couple of seasons. But both of them went lame when they got to their 4th season. Elviathan

had it saved a long time ago on photobucket. I use to use it as a sig (him and the other blue digimon, cant remember name) but was warned at the time it was to large for the forums.

Pokemon had a crappy story. Just beat 8 gym leaders every season.

Digimon had twists. I remember in season 1 where angemon defeated Piemon, which was thought to be the ultimate bad guy. Then, every thing explodes and thhere is this other digimon that's some dodekahedron or something! It was amazing!

plus, i remember digimon having a suprisingly deep story for a kids show. In the second series, Ken is considered the ultimate bad guy at the beginning but their is a whole episode about him and when his brother died... at the time i really couldnt care less about it, but looking back it was pretty emotinal for a kids anime.
