I'm looking for a program/tool that'll make me look like I'm signed in when I'm not. Maybe even when my computer is turned off (if possible).

I don't think you can. Be careful with MSN tools though.. there was one that was supposed to check if someone had blocked you, but it's actually just malware. People I know still use it despite the fact that it doesn't actually work at all.

Ah.. that would work. Although it would list you as 'Mobile' rather than online

Why do you always need to be signed in? The idea of being "Online" means you really are. If you are offline people can still send messages. You receive them when you next sign in.
