I'm doing a multi forum study on what guns and gun terms are the most (and least) offensive to the general non gun owning population.

If you guys would participate I'd appreciate it.

ok here's what I need

If you own guns or plan on owning guns you can comment too just say that you are, so the results don't get skewed.

just put the numbers no need to put the whole words

.........................................................................

Which of each brings up more positive (or less negative) connotations.

(1) Semi-Automatic rifle or (2) Self-Loading rifle

(1) Precision Rifle or (2) Sniper Rifle

(1) Gun Owner or (2) Marksman

(1) High capacity magazine or (2) large capacitymagazine

(1) Long arms or (2) Rifles

(1) Gun or (2) Firearm

(1) Pistol or (2) handgun

(1) Suppressor or (2) noise compensator

Alright (And I don't own guns, or plan to.):
The words mean completely different things.

I usually just like to use the actual terminology instead of PC words.
