Bucky Barnes is pretty tough. He has a vicious right hook.

I think Doctor Doom should be mentioned. He's a genius with high skill in science and sorcery. Not only that, but he can mind transfer and he's a technopath. Superheroes don't really mess with him as far as I know.

Batman Beyond (also called Batman of the Future) and Cyborg are the two more believable characters in DC Comics. Both of them are Cyborgs actually because both of them use advanced technology which gives them superhuman abilities.

All the rest of Comics is what I would consider too extreme fantasy because beings so powerful like Superman, Supergirl or Captain Atom are not realistically possible, not even in the slightest.

Terry Mcginnis ain't a cyborg because he wears an advanced batsuit. We don't really know if Superman could exist because we've never encountered a being native to a red sun come to planet with a yellow one.
