I used to work at Hardees when I was in high school, and the burger salt-shaker they had would really pour out a lot at once, so I'm guessing McDonald's have one that pours out just as much if not more. It wouldn't be hard to put a ton of salt on a burger if you weren't paying attention.
I haven't though. But I did put an INSANE amount of onion on a burger once. You COULD NOT get another slice of onion on that burger, though the order called for it.
Cops are real snitches, though. When I worked there, one of the people I worked with is a cop, now. After a certain amount of time you have to throw a burger away if it sits long enough. Like over half an hour. Well, I took one back into the break room and ate it instead of throwing it out after it reached it's time limit. There was nobody else in back, either, but he must have been watching me through something and went back into the break room and dug out the wrapper and almost got me fired.
