.... And with good reason too.
They deserved every whooping. People should know their place.

Wow why do people have to record this? That Mc Donalds employee is so screwed. He just beat up a kid and woman with a frying utensil and did not stop. He's getting locked up for a very long time even though those two customers started it. Awesome video though.

A very long time since he only recently got out of jail after spending 10 years there for killing someone. It's in one of the linked news videos reporting on the case.

This is old; he didn't get any charges.
The jury said he was defending himself because the women had no business being on the other side of the counter and they followed him in an aggressive manner.
The guy just got out of jail for man slaughter too, this a good example of why you don't f--- with people you don't know. They got what they deserved; equality b*tches. I know he ended up fracturing one of the woman's skulls.
*looking for story article.
Looks to me like he went overboard. Looks like he was beating them while they were helpless on the ground. But the decision to hit them in the first place? Totally justified. Self defense in every sense of the word. They were verbally harassing him, then jumped the counter and physically went after him. MrGeezerI don't think it was overboard he fended off two people.

Although it's hard to tell from the video, they very well may have gotten back up.

It looks like he fended off two people, then he continued to beat them while they were on the ground. Self defense is hitting someone when they're coming after you. Once you've already beat them down, it's hard to say you're "fending them off" if you just keep standing there beating them while they're on the ground. After he'd stopped their initial attack, what reason did he have to keep doing that? At that point, what's to stop him from simply leaving? That's just how it looks to me, given the video. It looks like he kept on beating them after they were no longer a threat.
The video is old. His charges were dropped. The women suffered skull fracture, broken arm, and cuts. They all had a criminal past, not just him.

No one thinks logically in the heat of the moment to be fair.
If someone tries to mug me and I break their jaw you think I'm gonna say "Aww man I broke your jaw are you ok? Let me call the hospital".
Which has nothing to do with what I said. If he went too far (key word being "if"), then "the heat of the moment" may be a reason he went too far. It may even be a valid excuse for going too far. But that wouldn't mean that he didn't go too far.No one thinks logically in the heat of the moment to be fair.

don't stop swinging until you see the whites of their skullsWolfattheDoor34
Wont last long thinking like that.
EDIT: You got beat up in school a lot, didn't you?
[QUOTE="Shottayouth13-"] The thing about self defense though is that you can never be sure if the initial attacking party might try to attack again even after they have been immobilized. MrGeezerWell in that case he should've just killed them just to be sure. Short of them being dead or unconscious, how could he be sure that they wouldn't pull out a gun and shoot him?
Now that would be taking it too far. Keeping them at bay with whatever he was beating them with worked just fine.
if you start something then try to gang up on someone and get the sh*t kicked out of you it is your own damn fault.

Those are two lesbians, the boyish looking one is one of them cross dresser butch types.Wow why do people have to record this? That Mc Donalds employee is so screwed. I don't usually see lesbians start trouble like this but I'm not surprised to see the ghetto butch one being the one to turn things physical.
They deserved that beating.
I say if you want to dress and act like a man then you better damn well be prepared to get beaten like a man.

And like I said, it didn't look like that's what he was doing. It didn't look like he was keeping them at bay, it looked like he was just plain beating the $*** out of them.lol@ people showing sympathy for the attackers saying the beating was excessive.
You see all those other people in the video who are NOT getting their ass beat? It's cuz they didn't jump over the counter and attack someone. Those two signed over their rights to not get beat to death when they did that.
[QUOTE="Alter_Echo"]Those two signed over their rights to not get beat to death when they did that. MrGeezerSo...you're saying that the man had the right to keep on beating the women until they were dead?
Yup. And if they have a problem with that, they are more than welcome to stay the fvck on the right side of the register and keep their mouths shut next time.
