Zero. Even if (and, obviously, big if) the bombing and the envelopes are connected, this is definitely an industrial accident.

we have a small fertlzer plant 3 miles south of me... its small but still im kind of scared now :/

So it was a plant working with explosive materials.
Normally they have last hope solutions like concrete cube housings with one side open or artificial hills to direct a potential explosion away from a village or upwards.

Maybe they had some kind of different final safety measures in place though. I am not judging them only questioning them. Normally when something like this happens, it's not one mistake. Many mistakes at once create an unforeseen disaster.
It sounds like there was a tanker involved here.

Condolences to all the poor people who lost someone dear.
And I have faith that all who die will find a better world than this one.

Think of it this way. Plants need a lot of energy to grow. Soil has some energy and a lot more comes from the sun. However fertilizer is basically just tons of packed in energy to supercharge the soil. Remember all matter is essentially latent energy. Plants turn soil and nutrients into energy just like they use the sun. 

So basically fertilizer is just lots of compacted energy that can be released with the right catalyst. Pack enough in and BOOM you can get a big explosion if you can somehow release it really quickly.

It is just a coincidence, not really common just they happen back to back.

But this explosion kind of reminds me of the PEPCON plant explosion at Henderson, Nevada back in 1988. It was a plant that makes stuff for solid rocket boosters, and after the Space Shuttle was frozen it had 4500 tons of the stuff. The two largest explosions hit like 3 and 3.5. But thankfully it wasn't that close to residential buildings, only two workers were killed. I just wonder why this fertilizer plant was so close to residental areas, I would think that is something you want away from those areas?
