Its not weird at all.
It just explains the genetic phenomenon of dominant traits.
You have both parents being twins, so they obviously carry that phenotype, marry and produce twins themselves.
A genetic counselor would have probably planned it out all ahead by drawing a pedigree chart.
Cool, I guess.
But I'm not very surprised considering both couples have near identical genes to the other.

I think twins do run in families, so two people with that in common would be even more likely to have twins mirite?
Not bad, it's nothing compared to the massive clone trooper army known as China but it is a start at least.
