My Gal +1
Well?
FYI Dont make this into a Hot girl thread now sillies?
Still no desire to see WW so Carter by default. The show was goofy and oversexualised but it had its charm and it was quite important for girls at that time.
@indzman:
Gal Gadot
Finally, a Wonder Woman who looks like she's from a completely different country. Lynda Carter was more like the traditional Wonder Woman but thanks to her, a lot of people thought Wonder Woman was American. That and Gal Gadot is an awesome actress. She really brought the heroine to life!
@Jacanuk: Tell me is it really neccessary to quote me eveytime saying you are picky? ?Next time simply post your opinion without quoting me lol.
Debate ethicate :) it's polite to quote the person who you are responding to.
But i will remember not to do it in your case.
While I consider Wonder Woman to be one of the weaker DC Universe films (BvS>>MoS>WW>>>>>>>SS), Gal Gadot really shines as the titular character.

Yeah Wonder Woman was a bit sloppy around the edges, rather cringe-worthy at times, and too cookie-cutter for my liking. The No man's land scene was impeccable though. Everything from when she climbs the ladder to the celebration they have afterwards was perfect.
BvS subverted the norm with its 5 act revenge tragedy structure and had so much ambition in its social commentary and character depth. While it's by no means perfect, it strives to be something so much more than what we've seen in the comic book movie genre. It's a film worth analyzing and unpacking. A lot of it is quite artful and the relevance of its message is rather striking. I think it's a rare diamond in this blockbuster rough. At least, I find a lot of value in it. Value that's extremely rare for a film of its budget.
It's as Jay Baruchel so quaintly put it, "It's the world's most expensive Indy film."
