I think probably the one thing I want is to produce a film or two.

I'd get a bunch of stocks that pay dividends for at least 1/3 of the money, invest a fair bit in real estate (mostly land) and keep the rest in the bank.

You guys still get interest on your savings? The fucking banks over here have been offering 0% since the 2008 crash.

Get the best scientist in the world to transfer my consciousness on to a super computer and live in a simulation that has 80's and 90's on repeat.

Help feed families of low income, help him/her get their lives on track and educate children for a better future. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still going to get luxury things, but I won’t live life like most lottery winners. Helping people to get their life together and making people live life like it’s worth living! Seeing other people being happy and enjoying being on this Earth makes me feel joy.

Start a cartel in some third-world country, where I arm locals who join the cause and rise up against rival gangs and governments in order to topple the existing regimes and take over.

I then rule this country behind the scenes by installing a puppet government and try to modernize it, then rinse and repeat with neighboring countries, like a game of Risk.

I would start a few businesses, employ some people to work at me, and live for my own interest :D
Actually, maybe I would start a poker career as I wouldn't care about money or maybe it will depend from my jackpot amount :D

I would do absolutely nothing. I wouldn't have to be anywhere or do anything. I would be a sloth for awhile and catch up on my backlog.

Pay off my parents' mortgage. I guess just save and invest the rest so I don't have to worry about bills ever again. Donate to charities so I can feel good about myself. I don't think I would buy anything crazy or change much about how I live.

Buy a house. How much are we talking?

Like 100K would be enough to pay of the remaining debt on the apartment I got and have a little left. It would essentially help towards a new living place. Anything over 750K would mean getting a new place with little to no debt. The rest(well most) would go into investing. Most of it most likely towards retirement. Something for my kid as well.

Put it under an L.L.C. for protection. Change my phone numbers, maybe even change my name. Otherwise every long distance cousin and forgotten relative from the woods would be hitting me up with sob stories.

I would buy my dad a new car. He's gone through a bunch of cars; they just keep breaking down on him. It would be nice to get him a brand new one.

I would buy and pay off a nice home with a decent amount of land in the woods, along with a truck. Live with almost no payments, and just save/invest the rest while I continue working, I’d just feel more comfortable taking a little more time off to pursue other interests.

Pay my mortgage, bank the rest, live off interest, and semi-retire.

I would travel with my family and spring for the fancy hotels and business class tickets. haha.

Save the money and only spend it when need to. I will make a Will and passing all my possessions to my daughters so they can be ready in life when I'm gone.

Possibly renovate the house I currently live in. Plus, hand out some money to deserving family members and put the rest into savings.

Depending how much, buy a house, new car, figure how much I can invest and live off the interest for life, and then donate the rest.

  • Fund private law firms trying to sort out the British government
  • Try to cure hunger worldwide
  • Save a few rain forests
  • Try to help endangered animals
  • Clean up the oceans

Think that covers it..

  • Buy a home in Northern California or the Pacific Northwest.
  • Quit my job, hire a personal chef and trainer, and spend the next year or two losing weight.
  • Open up a small brewpub and just make beer and pour beer all day.
  • Wait for the next crash or pandemic or whatever and invest, then live off the interest/dividends.
  • Probably fund or create some sort of organization that does some good, either concerning civil rights, poverty, or research of some kind.

I've thought a lot about this and most of that is what I want to do even if I don't win the lottery lol.

Don't have kids and not planning on having kids, so I'd leave it to my sister and/or niece and nephew.

Buy 5-6 nice cars

Donate 5 Million to homelessness

Hire a Personal Chef and Maid

Buy 2 businesses (Starbucks + McDonalds)

And Invest on the rest of the money.
