iTunes Store Help

I'm trying to get an iTunes Store account so that I can download apps, but it says you need a credit card just to make an account. I don't have a credit card, so I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, and if there is another way to get apps if you don't have a credit card to make an account.

I've heard that you can use the purchased in a store "prepaid credit cards" to start up itunes accounts. Don't know if that's a route you want to take, but an option for you. I'd also call Apple up just to make sure you can do it.

They have a Paypal option, but other than that. . .

I use the prepaid iTunes gift cards available @ Wal-Mart
