What are you up to guys?

I've had a productive day now until dinner. A trippel espresso (Monster energy drink, curiosity led to purchase) yesterday led to being fully awake at 7am on Saturday.. So I've spent the day so far gaming, doing chores, working out, bought some firewood for the winter.

The evening will consist of PC gaming and eating chocolate.

@JustPlainLucas Busy day at the library?

The usual, but I have a wedding interrupting my usual Saturday night college football unfortunately.

@horgen: None Electric. My State won't support electric cars due to lack of support and there aren't that many electric plugs around my area. I wanted an electric but it's very expensive here in GA. The gas mileage isn't bad at all and doesn't burn alot of gas either.

They are getting common here. And honestly I like it. They are silent at low speed. Don't have to wait for the engine to get warm in order to heat up the cabin so the windows are clear.

That should lower your car expenses. Insurance too I guess.

@horgen: Slow as shit, actually. So, I'm just kinda zoning out in space right now, waiting to go home and sit down with Luigi's Mansion 3.

Finished the At Worlds' End chapters in Sandman. Only about 500 pages left now before the series is over. Also worked on my smutty fiction, played a little Max Payne 3, some Astral Chain and now I'm going to watch some movies. Yesterday evening/night, I managed three movies, Cries and Whispers (second time), Alien (umpteenth time) and The King of Comedy (second time). I'll hopefully do at least two tonight.

Swear to god it feels like yesterday when you made a similar post last Saturday. Damn where does the time go.

Anyway, I worked a pretty physical and annoying 12-hour shift today. I came home watched some TV, impulse-bought Call of Duty against my better judgement, and now I'm going to play Factorio for three hours while I wait for this 130 GB GAME TO DOWNLOAD MOTHER OF GOD WHAT TAKES UP ALL THAT SPACE!?!??!?!?!

Spent my night with Cape Fear (second time) and right now It's a Wonderful Life (second time). Just taking a break to eat. The difference between the 4K disc that came out a couple of days ago and the Blu-ray is enormous.

The pictures are converted from HDR, so they don't look as good as the disc, but the Blu has so much digital noise reduction, while the 4K looks like film.

I forgot to make one one Saturday. I didn't realise a whole week had passed.

Does the game has a lot of video in it or uncompressed audio?

Sleep, take deliveries, play some Warframe, try to find another game to play in addition, fail, surf the net and watch videos on my phone instead, let out a long sigh of resignation as Arsenal lets yet another lead slip - supporting this team has become self-flagellation I simply can't stop - and then go to sleep.

Yeah I played an hour (surprisingly good singleplayer, by the way) and the missions are broken up into 20-30 minute segments, and there's a cutscene or two for each mission and a lot of dialogue. Guess that's why they need all the space hahah.

No, surprisingly, they're short. It's a nice change of pace from the "watch for 5 minute, play for 15 minute" pacing that plagues a lot of alleged AAA games these days. You get your story and epic moments in but it doesn't feel like anything is slowing down.

Spent my saturday with my gf cooking and spending our date at the Winchester manor during their unhinged event. Dressed up in Steampunk costumes :)

Was pretty cool and an immersive experience.
