It is not only okay, but, dare I say, manly to cry while watching Rudy or Brian's Song.
Any other movies that it's "okay" for men to cry during?

I'd say in Rocky IV when a certain someone dies.metallica_fan42
I'd say I was more shocked than saddened by that.
It's okay when you cry out of sheer joy when you watch the slaying of the bull in Apocalypse Now, or Samuel L. Jackson's recitation of Ezekiel 25:17 in Pulp Fiction.
etc.

Oh come on, the episode where Charmander almost dies because his flame almost goes out in the rain. :(
Or the one where Bulbasaur gets shunned by his pack. :(
Generally, I don't cry at movies, though there are a few occasions. And really, they're just tears coming down my cheeks, rather than flat out bawling. But anyway:
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King -- I get teary when I see Sam working his *** off trying to carry the worthless Frodo up the really steep mountain. Part of it is admiration for the strength of Sam's personality, part of it is that the whole journey is almost at it's conclusion, and part of it is the really good music.
V for Vendetta: At the end when there is the massive swarm of "Guy Fawkes" I start to get somewhat emotional as I watch all of them climb over the various objects and go through the soldiers. The tears really comes when Parliament leaves and all of the people take off their masks so you can see all of them, even the ones who had died. And then Evey explaining who V was to the cop. The whole scene just... resounds...
So, yeah... That's all I can think of for now. Though I do cry in Aladdin when Genie leaves. Pretty much everytime I watch it.....
Wow. I guess I thought the definition of many was to be tough. It's not manly to cry. It's not wrong, but it's definitly not manly. I've never cried in a movie. I still don't see why others do. My girlfriend was like a waterfall during the end of the movie Click and World Trade Centercornlockes
Well I am declaring it manly to cry, during certain movies only though.

OK Webster......
Crying is for wusses.
You have to bottle that **** up and just let it eat away at you like every real man does.
That's the healthy thing to do anyhow.
The only reason Jack Bauer cries is because he needs to prevent his body from overloading on testosterone. This isn't just important for him, but also for us because if he didn't then he would explode and take the world with it. That said, men can never cry or they aren't real men.
