As you guys may know, a rapper called DaBaby was arrested recently after doing a show.

Since a lot of these rappers are gangsters or drug dealers, are the police right to pay special attention to rappers? Also, since a lot of minorities are gangsters or drug dealers, is it really wrong to racial profile? In other words, if you stop 10 black drivers and 5-7 of them were violating the law somehow, was your racial profiling really a bad thing?

Nope. Rule of law should mean the Law applies the same to everyone, even if it actually doesn't. Still not a reason to abandon that principle.

Presumption of innocence exists for a reason, even though it is so frequently misinterpreted and misused. As William Blackstone once said; "It is better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer." This legal principle exists to protect the innocent from being wrongly convicted, even at the cost of letting the guilty go free.

Dunno who this guy is, but if there is compelling evidence against him specifically for his arrest, then let the justice system do its work.

I listen 2 of his rap songs, DaBaby is dope lol. Anyways, Rappers most of the times think their above the Law cause they think they're famous and really, how hard is it to not simply follow the Law? The Police are right to investigate. "Innocent until proven guilty in the court of Law" exist for this very reason.

Yes, profiling is wrong. Yes, it happens.
