send a child's clothing measurements along with their birthday invitations? by child I mean like 1-10...

I don't see anything wrong with that, just covering the basis in case they want to give clothes for presents

If its a birthday party for his/her friends...then yes, it is....but for a family party, no, its not.

Well if the person is buying clothes they will either buy a gift card to someone or ask you the size personally

No, its presumptuous and puts the onus on the guest to buy presents of a certain type. A birthday is not an excuse to give out your shopping list!

it is a bit strange, if your sending it to family there's no problem at all tell them his consoles as well, but if it's friends it's a bit strange but i doubt any friends will buy clothes anyway for a child of that age espescially if they're male
