Okay, what have you done :Pi-like-pieLOL, I didn't do anything. I just wanted to know. Btw, vgm007, are you sure that is vandalism? I pictured vanadlism as basically sneaking into someone else's home and doing it without the owner knowing. Are you sure that's what it is?

There you go.

Um...yes. I thought everyone knew that. Unless it's your own property, then it's a crime.Travo_basicIt's not legal to burn down your own house :P
You destroy my property, and get ready to be sued, because I want to be compensated.Benjamin-TI see, but what if that person was destroying his/her parent's property, while he/she is living there? Are the rules different there?

If the child's under 18, nothing the parents can do but to punish the brat. 18 and older, even if you live with your parents, you can legally be sued.
Of course it is, unless they want you to destroy thier property.RisitanceUnless you have written proof that said "yeah, they wanted me to do it" or the defendant admits to asking you *and* you can prove that the person was in a calm state at the moment, don't do it. You will get sued.

The parents could bring up charges against him if they wanted to. But the state won't do anything to him.

Wait, so the person over 18 could get sued by his/her parents? Can the individual be sent to jail, while over 18, and was living with his/her parents? What about if the person is somehow mentally or emotionally impaired, like depression or schizophrenia?[QUOTE="vidplayer8"][QUOTE="Benjamin-T"] If the child's under 18, nothing the parents can do but to punish the brat. 18 and older, even if you live with your parents, you can legally be sued.hydralisk86

A specialist will decide if you have some issues, and then they'll go somewhere from there.
