You say that now, but in 30 years... ? I'm sorry if I have just a tiny case of the skeptics.I would rather die alone then just to be with some girl I do not love because I do not want to be alone. If it never clicks with me and a female, I'll die alone WITH NO REGRETS.

I'm only 18. I don't know what I'll be doing for the rest of my life. Marriage isn't the only option, you know...Just because someone rejects the idea of marriage doesn't mean that they're doomed for an empty or pathetic life.
I don't know what I'll be doing. Maybe I'll have a long-term boyfriend, maybe I won't. Maybe I'll travel a lot. Maybe I'll have a job doing something I love. Maybe I won't. I have no idea, but I don't feel doomed because I don't like the idea of marriage and because I don't want to have children.
I've always been against getting married and having a family. I don't think there's a situation in which you can live with someone for 40+ years and not get sick of them. In most cases, children are an annoyance, and you get no material refund. If anything, I plan to join the armed forces during the next conflict we have here in the United States, and die there.
I'll just live like Charlie from Two and a Half Men
Lots of girls, lots of fun and the money to pay all that stuff
I don't plan to live to 80 years old, I'll die in Bed at like 60, like a man!
What about the married ones that live a long time after their partners death? Are they doomed as well?Nifty_Shark
Nope. I'd still have my kids plus my relatives and their kids to keep me company just like we're doing with my mother in law who's here living with us. We take care of our own.
I want a family but I do not want to get married, it's pretty pointless. If you're happy the way you are then don't change it. A lot of people in my family were together with their partners for a long time, but when they got married, a few years after they broke up.
Pretty sure most people who have kids don't think of them as an annoyance, they usually turn out to be the most important things in their lives :PI've always been against getting married and having a family.
