My email address is the same as my username, and it has been used on my resumes for over a decade. As far as I know, it's never been a factor in me not being selected for a position.

Apenoot = my email aswell, and I use it for official stuff aswell. It's translation is 'monkey-nut', just picked a random word when I made my account (email)  :D
