I already have one: transform into any video game character I want and gain their powers and abilities. Sicne you have weaknesses listed there, mine is that my crown is required in order to use it.

Well Telekinesis is the best power, you can do anything: fire nuetrons around and make nuclear bombs, move electrons around to create chemical reactions, fly, bend light and become invisible, throw stuff around, etc.
Well if you were to pick your super power you could say the ability to absorb all other super powers and have them all. Kinda like whats his name from Heroes.
mind reading seems the safest, the flying and strength could kill you if you tried using them and then ran out of your power at 10000ft or trying to lift a car

Well , Im gonna give you my own instead of from your list since you did say if "I" could have, ;). Ill tell you what it would be, and its the best way to get ALL powers at once :) i have to ability to manipulate molecules. If you could do that on a molecular level, you could do all things :) thats my power and since i was the first to say it(moleclular manipulation) i get to keep it :P peace and Godspeed.
My real life power would be the power to bannish trolls, fanboys, flamebait artists, and LAZY game reviewers :)

That is how I think as well. If I had to chose I would chose the most usefull or could use often and wouldn't have to worry about whatever happening.
Personally I would rather have the ability to turn invisible at will. But on the poll you have there, I said Super Speed, I don't look that awful bald and if it gets rid of "all" hair, then that means no more shaving any areas for me. :D
