You it would only keep it so long as you remain at or below speed limit and you can't be a jerk to other people on the road otherwise it would slowly deplete every time you break these rules, how long do you think you would last?

Iot long haha. I am a responsible driver (no tickets, and no accidents that were my fault) but I speed. Not recklessly but I go 80 on the freeway when the limit is 65, and 45 in 35 zones.

I'm not a jerk on the road, though.

It would probably last me as long as a regular tank :P

With an ever lasting tank of gasoline motivating me it would probably last the rest of my life. It helps that I"m in my 40s.

I know, right?

Speeders bug the heck out of me. Though I do drive a few miles per hour over the limit. I especially hate the ones that tailgate you and then when they get along side act irate. I don't get it.

lol I never thought of that. Maybe you put the final nail in the climate change coffin? I'm not sure.

On a car i think I would last a decent amount granted I do go over the limit by 5km/h most of the time but i stay mostly within the range of the speed limit, on my bike though? probably not long, I need that extra speed to get out of danger and that at times means I need to go over the limit, my safety > traffic law.

yea thats about right for me as well.

if I can speed I will, the speed limit just ain't fast enough 90% of the time (though like yourself not excessive speeding)

I do have one speeding ticket though.

I wouldn’t even bother. I love driving my spiffy Subaru 5 speed, zipping around, and that enjoyment is far more of value to me than the money I’d save not being able to have it.

@Serraph105: If you do a lot of driving, it's a really good incentive to stay within the speed limit.
