If u have a romantic relationship in Second Life, is that cheating in real life?

I just saw on the news a story about a single lady who is so addicted to Second Life that she even got married in it and feels connected with real feelings and emotions to her cyber-groom. But the problem is that her cyber-groom is married in real life to a real person. The psychiatrist people on the news said that's the same thing as the dude (cyber-groom) cheating on his wife in real life. What do you think?

It's like an MMO, except with no goals, no specific gameplay to speak of, and no point.

It is a glorified chatroom that, from what I heard, is full of people with some rather twisted fantasies, and I'll leave it at that.

There are emotional bonds that are created from this online relationship, and emotional bonds with someone the way that it seems to be described within the context of the story (ie: They got married in a game together; one they spend any amount of time on), seems to indicate that it is cheating. Cheating per se does not need to be physical contact, but it does vary from person to person.
