If Obama is a socialist president

Then how come he did not do the following?

-decrease military spending if not abolish the military

-regulate banks and companies and/or abolish the federal reserve

-give Americans a free, universal. socialized, government payed for health care system

-invest in and/or increase government spending in non-profit organizations and unions

-build better relations with Russia, China and their allies

-decrease corruption

-have strict gun control laws similar to Canada and the United Kingdom

-make the USA more like Canada, France and the Scandinavian countries

-improve the education system

-aid the poor and the sick

among other things.

Only people who say Obama is a socialist are ones who do not know what that word means.

Well unless he wants to executive order everything, which I don't think he even could for many of those, it would need congress to actually do shit.

Hehe, he is going to have to go pretty far down the line to become a socialist. A universal health care system hardly makes anyone directly a socialist either. Just look at Germany, UK or even Canada, for instance.

Because he was never in a good political position to implement all of his policies, and even if he was, his viewpoints are more moderate than socialist. Also most of the actions in the OP are not really socialist anyway.

Obama isn't anymore socialist than the UK... We've had the NHS healthcare system (which is way more socialist than Obamacare) for decades, ever since the end of World War II. But now, because of the recession, our current Conservative government has been going in the opposite direction, in an attempt to reduce and eventually eliminate the NHS system.

No, I don't support privatization. The NHS system has benefited the working classes greatly over the last half-century, so I'd hate to see it go.

I don't care to get technical, but Obama is clearly not a capitalist and clearly does not believe in the Bill of Rights, which was a racist document written by evil, slave owning white men and should not be the law of the land in any way. Obama should veto the Bill of Rights and the entire Constitution and implement a new constitution that's much more fair that doesn't just represent America, but the entire world so that no one is excluded and so that they can mutually pledge their lives, fortunes, and honor not to each other, but to Obama.
