You'd expect her to make a half arsed offer to pay at the very least. She's not necessarily using you, but she is being inconsiderate. I'd start dropping hints.

Of course she is using you. If she doesn't even offer to contribute, you can tell she is just being incredibly inconsiderate and expecting you to be the financial legs of the relationship. You have to ask yourself, are you willing to put up with that?
It means your a push over. Put your foot door and stand up for yourself, if women want to be treated as equals as well as to have equal rights they should be able to equally pay for dates and be able to be drafted into the army just like men.

She actually "makes" you pay, or she just never offers? If she never offers, it's kinda 'iffy', she might just be traditional and think only the guy should pay for dinners. However, if you ask her and she says, "no, im not paying for it" then I'd dump that ***** in a hurry. Obviously, as your relationship progresses, it will only get worse...you will be paying bills, insurance, whatever...and she'll just be along for the ride.
