Does 6bucks a lettersound too expensive to **** adds up.........How much is it on average? sound high to me but I suppose it's custom.

$6 a letter? Get him to only cut the complicated letters like R and A, you can cut out the I and Os yourself

but personally, I would have the guy do all the letters, just so it would "match" with the other letters better, as opposed to you doing some of it yourself, unless you want it to look weird i'd have him do it all.

Especially if it is a ring. Engravers are very hard to use. My tech teacher engraved my name into my ruler, and it looks really shaky. Just let the engraver do the work. The ring will look a lot better.

is it at a jewlers you got your quote? You may get a better deal at a place like JohnT's where they engrave flasks and such.......I would shop around a bit more, $6 a letter isn't bad but I am sure you can find cheaper.

It's not too expensive, better than giving whomever you are giving it to a crap ring.

I don't think you can do much better than 6bucks a letter outside of Mexico.

Buy them that Brain Training game on DS. If their memory is so bad they have to have their name on a ring so they remember it then they need to sort their head out.
