I talk in my sleep, embarrassing stuff, how do i make it stop?

I scream,i talk about people, s3x, and other very embarrassing things, how do i know? my mom told me today, apperently i ve been doing it for some time.

Do any of you guys know how to stop that? Thanks.

I talk in my sleep as well. Pretty sure you can't stop it.

When you start talking get someone to put a pillow over your face until you stop struggling.

Well you could start off by telling us what exactly you're saying in your sleep in detail.

No way to control what you do in your sleep sadly.

My roommate talks in her sleep and it annoys me when it wakes me up at 3am. Not sure how to stop something like that. You might require a specialist for that kind of assistance.

haha my sister used to talk in her sleep. hell she had full on conversations. you could ask her a question, and she would answer, all while being asleep. was humorous to mess with her.

I have the same issue, though I usually (I hope) say nonsense - not something embarassing or sex-related. Not that it matters: I'm currently sharing a room with a cousing of mine, so the worst it'll get is him making fun at me the next day. Definitely not as bad as having your mother hear you talk about how you want to f*** a girl's brains out :| .
