I've been racking my brains for almost half an hour trying to get you an answer, but it's really difficult without some sense of what decade the song is from, what genre it is, and really anything else at all about it like what the singer and group (if there is one) sounds like. Is it from a game? From a Downy commercial on TV? Is it a common song played on the radio or one that gets infrequent play? Newer, older?
